General Provisions
These general terms and conditions govern the legal obligations between the service provider and the seller of products (services listed on www.studiopaulinesky.cz at the Lacrima location, Pavla Švandy ze Semčic 13, 150 00 Prague) and the buyer of the provided services or products.
The provider offers cosmetic services based on a valid business license and professional qualifications required for these activities.
By booking an appointment for cosmetic care or purchasing a gift voucher (in person, by phone, email, SMS, or through the booking system), the buyer agrees to the provider’s general terms and conditions.

Booking Services
Appointment Booking
Appointments must be scheduled and reserved in advance (in person, by phone, email, or through the booking system). The booked appointment is a binding order. Please arrive with sufficient time ahead of your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us in advance by phone or email, no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Contact details can be found at https://studiopaulinesky.cz/kontakt/.
If you do not cancel your appointment in time, you will be charged 50% of the service price. We reserve the right to collect this fee during your next visit. Unfortunately, we cannot fill the slot with another client on such short notice.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your cosmetic service will be shortened by the time of your delay, ending at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service may not be provided. Shortened or canceled services due to late arrival will still be charged at full price according to the current price list.
Payment for Booked Appointments
Payments can be made in cash, by card, or via QR code. Receipts are issued upon request.
Gift vouchers
If a customer holds a gift voucher for a specific service or value and does not show up without prior notice, the gift voucher will be considered redeemed. For gift vouchers issued for a monetary amount, the cost of the booked service will be deducted from the voucher’s balance.
Gift vouchers can only be used for services, not for purchasing products. They must be used within the validity period stated on the voucher. After this period, the voucher becomes invalid, and no refunds are given.
To ensure a booking before the voucher expires, appointments must be made at least 14 days in advance. Payments with a gift voucher must be announced before the service begins for validation purposes. If the gift voucher is not mentioned during booking, it may not be accepted as payment.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and the voucher must be presented during the appointment.
